• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per transaction.

• Deposits are credited to your jillilive account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• jillilive does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Depositing funds from accounts belonging to another person is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

jillilive reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit. If a deposit is found to have been made fraudulently or through a disputed transaction, the deposit will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals on jillilive are processed to the same mobile banking account used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. Withdrawals to a different account or a third-party account are not permitted.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per transaction.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for verified accounts.
• Unverified accounts may experience delays of up to 24 hours while identity checks are completed.

8Prohibited Conduct
